Return Policy
Coastal Comfort Market allows for returns & credits under the following conditions:
Customers must inform Good Stuff of any returns within 5 business days of delivery date. All returns must be in original casing, cartons, packaging, free of price tags, and in saleable condition or NO credit will be issued. Authorized returns will be picked up via Coastal Comfort Market driver on your next delivery or can be returned to our warehouse facility. Good Stuff drivers are not authorized to accept returns without pre-authorization nor without a pick up slip. All returns are subject to Coastal Comfort Market verification based on inspection for credit to be issued. Sales Representatives are not authorized to pick up requested return items
Coastal Comfort Market does not accept the returns of the following:
Discontinued Items
Promotional Items
Refrigerated or Frozen Items
Seasonal or holiday Items
Opened or partially used items
Credit Policy
Please check orders received immediately upon delivery. All case, box, and piece count discrepancies must be noted on the invoice or receiving documents. A signed invoice or packing list acknowledges receipt of items as verified by the customer.
All credits or returns must be requested within 5 business days of delivery to report the following:
Mis-picks
Shortages
Damages
Short Dates
Returns
** Coastal Comfort Market has a zero return policy on will-call pick ups on frozen/refrigerated products **

The following information must be supplied when requesting credit:
- Customer Name and Shipping address
- Invoice Number, Item ID, Brief description of product, and photos for visual evidence.
- Quantity – Please note which you are requesting, eaches or case credit (partial case credit may begiven for damaged items).
- Reason for Credit
Guarantees: All perishable products (Cold/Frozen) have 7 days shelf life guaranteed. All shelf stable products have 30 days shelf life Guaranteed.
The following product sales are final:
Breads, Pastries, Spices, Alcohol, and Fresh Food.
As part of our credit process, all claims are subject to research and approval before being approved. Providing complete and accurate information helps us to properly research requests and issue credits in a timely manner.
